Whether your employees with the company's shares, options, a bonus based on clearly defined goals, a percentage ofMargin, or percentage of profit, what matters is that you feel powerless to influence the outcome. To assist the goal of a bonus to the employees the responsibility for their work.

By the way, to avoid the dreaded "Christmas bonus" if possible. Any sum of money is determined in this way is estimated in the first year, but are ultimately viewed as a right. So if you have a bad year and it can not afford to offer, instead of understandinghave resentment.

8. Benefits varied and interesting. The advantages compared to premiums are part of an employee's compensation package. And as such, provide an opportunity to impact the work environment. Of course, performance standards, such as medical and dental insurance be part of the package, but think outside the box as well.
